Reporting directly into the Head of HR, this role has direct access to the Board and Management Teams and will drive forward the Resourcing agenda with a focus on both strategic and operational delivery.
The business is going through an extensive growth period and the attraction of the best talent is a vital requirement for our future growth plans.
This is a very commercially-focused role that will manage the delivery of an end-to-end recruitment process. This role will partner with the internal stakeholders to review vacancies and overall resource planning.
This Person will be:
- An ambitious individual with an entrepreneurial flair and a proven track record of delivery and success
- Able to build and utilise networks internally and externally
- Honest and have integrity
- Able to take ownership and responsibility
- Commercially astute, with the ability to identify business/interim opportunities and turn them into results.
